The facility was out of date Internet was very slow and had to log in with ID and Password every time I use it Staff were rude and were not helpful, when asked for recommendation on where to eat they just told me to turn right and go down the street and there was nothing there when I did. Bed was very small with not enough cushion I had to check my room key in every time I left and came back to the room
Awesome breakfast, super friendly staff
I did enjoy the short distance to the old city and the surrounding parks
The internet connection was poor or non-existing.
simple, comfortable, quiet, nice bed on platform, nothing fancy, great location, very friendly staff, windows open up for fresh air, good lighting, roomy bathroom, cool balcony. Not the Ritz but if you want to be near great places in Munich, this is nice. Super breakfast.
It was off the beaten track, but still close enough to walk to all the key attractions within the city center. In one of the nicest areas of Munich.
The hotel was very nice and was a good location. The breakfast was great, and the staff was nice. Rooms were good sized and nicely furnished. Also it was really nice to have the free internet in the lobby.
Several times we asked the staff for information and tips on sightseeing. They were very nice and helpful, but did not have very much information to provide. We also had difficulty paying with two separate credit cards on check-out, even though when we checked in we were told this would be no problem.
Very nice room
the rooms are much too small for 3* hotel and the furniture inside is like in a hostel
to reduce the number of stars to 2*
Location. rooms are big enough.
The pictures are deceptive, we had an old room that didn't look like the pictures. The bathroom was especially old. The breakfast room is too small.
The location is pretty nice, the breakfast was reasonable, and the room was very clean.
Equipment of the bathroom wasn't neither modern, nor convenient. Internet in the hotel is not free (for some reason they were charging 3 dollars per day), but I was able to connect to a random wifi network from a nearby cafe.
