Pros (+) Service. Speed of check-in. Shuttle.
Cons (-) Air conditioner noisy and always cycling. No hot water for shower even after running for 10 min. - really annoying.
Cons (-) Air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep. Tried to turn it off but then the room temp got uncomfortable.

Cons (-) While at the restaurant I ordered a vegi burger ( it was frozen) and for my side i asked for fruit. I repeatedly told the bar keep that i was allergic to pineapple and nothing can touch it.
