Quit and calm hotel Pretty close to a central avenue with many stores, restaurants and subway. Nice breakfast
Nothing to register
Location, staff,cleaning, bathroom, breakfast
Very well located, close to two metro stations, and also Corso Buenos Aires, were there's a lot of shops. Breakfast was very good, with a great variety of breads, juices, marmelades, youghurts and cereal with some toppings to choose from. Has undergroung parking.
Our mini bar broke on the second day and I it was only cofirmed on the third day because I called (again) the reception to ask someone to check it. It was our last night, so the offer to change rooms was a little misplaced. If that offer were made the second day, when we first repported the mini bar wasn't working, we would be left with a better experience. Staff could be a little nicer. Specially those from restaurant. I understand that everybody has its days, but there was one staff member that for all our 4 days she was in a terrible mood, throwing things around and making zero effort to help. Parking is a little expensive.
The style of the hotel, staff are very helpful, room and bathroom are big enough
Walls are bit thin, breakfast can be more variable
Good price and location
Internet is not very good.
Its chic, contemporary atmosphere and the strategic position near Porta Venezia and the dazzling shop fronts of Corso Buenos Aires, make the Starhotels Ritz the ideal starting point to experience the unique charm of Milan, the world capital of fashion and design. The elegant interiors and prestigious furnishings of its 197 recently renovated rooms and suites, with large black-and-white photos above the beds, are an example of the unique style that makes this thriving metropolis such an exciting destination. The sophisticated Lounge Bar by Eataly with its intimate, cosmopolitan mood is the ideal venue for a delicious coffee, a quick lunch or a cocktail. The 7 versatile meeting rooms provide all the space needed to host business meetings and private events, while the fitness room is the perfect place to wind down after a busy day in the city, relaxing in the sauna or in the steam bath.
