Pros (+) I have stayed at this hotel for several years running at this time of year. It provides all you need in a hotel for a business trip unless you are wining and dinning clients, That having been said there are several good restaurants in the area of a meal and a drink after a long day. This hotel will always be my first choice when coming to the Miami area.
Cons (-) The internet did slow down considerably at times.
Pros (+) the only advantage is that it is close to the airport, breakfast is nice, the pool is great!
Cons (-) far from the civilization of miami, including the beaches, breakfast ends very early, if I stay in a hotel I want to wake up late, especially at the weekend, the bathroom in my room had a strong smell, in the elevator too! they do divulge a clandestine pizzeria service, that's horrible! The flagship shower should be better, and the bed is too small!
Pros (+) Room was good for the money and its less than a mile from MIA on "hotel row"
Cons (-) It took an hour and 45 minutes to get picked up at the airport ( should have ubered) Then 45 minutes to get a room key. I called for pick up at MIA at 6pm. Got to my room at 830PM. Reson for the desk delay was a large family that had reserved 4 rooms but they had only 2 rooms avail for them. Manager was at dinner.

Pros (+) The hotel is clean, close to Miami airport, and the WiFi is excellent.
Cons (-) The hotel is a bit dated, rooms are clean but slightly musty, only one available computer to browse/print boarding passes.
Pros (+) This location was fine for a quick overnight stay between flights. The location and the hotel were quite adequate and the bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Pizza ads were under our door upon our arrival. After a long day traveling, we ordered in, but they didn't show for over an hour and a half with a simple order, after we walked to IHOP for food. We'd suggest this hotel stop this establishment from leaving these ads. Multiple reviews online we later found showed this was a continued issue with lackluster food.

Pros (+) I only stayed for a night during a layover and everything was pretty good. I liked that there was a shuttle, so it made it easier for me to get to and from the hotel in a less than 10 minute drive. The front desk people were all very nice and helpful.
Cons (-) It would be helpful if somewhere on the confirmation email it emphasized that the shuttle had to say HOLIDAY INN and SLEEP INN in order to get in. Another lady and I were upset as we had to keep asking different shuttles which one would take us to our destination.
