Cons: Breakfast was not enough compared to quality of the hotel. Must have more options at least according to European breakfast.

Pros: Great location, perfect breakfast and great restaurant.

Cons: I visit this hotel quite often, however at this stay I noticed a number of issues in my room - it was quite noisy as windows were not firmly closing, their smart toilet system wasn’t working well, air conditioner wasn’t cooling (staff was unable to fix it), shower system was giving too hot or too cold water. I felt like previous level of attention to details is not the case anymore. Hopefully this was just a coincidence and won’t become a rule.

Pros: Good size rooms, very clean, very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were outstanding and dinner was wonderful. Can’t say enough goods things about this property. Stay here if you are in Lviv.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, except for the usual lack of fried eggs and bacon - in a hotel like this, that must be an obvious offer to guests, even for a management that like to save wherever they can. Tending the tables can also improve a bit - my wife was not too impressed when she repeatedly had to ask for the removal of used dishes - a detail of course, but important for some. Room was nice, clean, albeit a little smaller that expected. Bathroom was great.

Cons: What was surprising, and also very irritating, was the habit of hotel staff parking their car literally in the hotel entrance, so that guests had to carefully step around it to get in the hotel door. What is this? Absolutely way out of line.

Pros: Superb hotel in a great location. All modern facilities. I stayed in the apart room, which had everything I needed and even more. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Nothing was too much. Highly recommend.

Pros: Staff, Location, Beds - Comfort. Staff is amazing, we checked-in early (thanks to them) after 8 hours train ride. I made to my business meeting in shape thanks to them. Bed was great, really smooth and comfy. Breakfast is good but can be better.

Pros: Centrally located, just a few steps from the Opera House. Historical, but modern rooms! Breakfast buffet is diverse and gourmet. The staff is super friendly and professional. It was my Birthday, staff hotel placed a bottle of wine, a cake and a globous in my room, wishing me a Happy Birthday!! Who does that!! Such a wonderful surprise!!! I shall return!

Pros: New building although fake old/rich style - not my favorite. Clean rooms, nice backyard with swimming pool.

Cons: Shabby neighborhood, noisy train line down the hill, somewhat shy or ignorant staff, snobbish aura. Mediocre quality food.

Pros: Good location, and beautiful areas with spectacular views. Room was clean and comfy in general.

Cons: A bit challenging for a families with small babies. There were only two high chairs in the hotel. So we found that challenging with three babies in our company. There is no nursing tables at the hotel at all.

Pros: This hotel is one of the best in Lviv, in my humble opinion. We enjoyed our stay. The bed is really comfy, so one can get his or hers beauty sleep just fine. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Last but not least, the restaurant is gorgeous. We tried tenderloins and they were delicious. Breakfast also was nice with some interesting dish choices. Thank you so much for the comfort!

Cons: Rules. You had to get an writband to go swimming. Dominated by rules. Madness.

Pros: Stayed 24-25 July in superior double which is on the 4th floor. Can definitely recommend this room. Spacious , clean , nice view over the whole terrain, also quiet at night. Hotel has all the facilities for comfort family stay. Beautiful open door heated pool, benches and towels included in the room rate. Snacks and drinks are available at the bar or on the terrace next to the pool. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel management try to keep high standard

Cons: We did not particularly enjoy the food in the restaurant. Let’s say the best were grilled veggies .. burgers, ravioli with rabbit were fine . One of the worst Caesar salad we tried. Sea food in Bouillabaisse was overcooked.

Pros: Kids enjoyed the pool area a lot (2,6,8 and 10 year old), it’s very child friendly (although we had some issues, the staff had apologized and were very friendly and helpful). Food is great, beds are comfortable and it’s very clean and has a huge beautiful outdoor area, this is a very neat and nice plays to stay at, we really liked it. Highly recommended!)

Pros: Amazing location. Beautiful decoration. Loved the pool and the atmosphere all around the hotel. The food is delicious in their restaurant.

Cons: Breakfast could improve. They could add more pastry and different kind of eggs for example. Some employees are nice. Other are extremely rude. For example when we arrived everybody was amazing from reception to the restaurant staff. On the check out day the girl in the reception just didn’t want to help us with as simple thing as printing our tickets. We insisted maybe for 15 minutes and after a lot of eye scroll she printed it. Maybe you should hire people who are graduated or at least genuinely kind. We work in hospitality business and we work hard to make all the guest happy and we didn’t felt like half of a staff here cared about guests. On the last day we went to the restaurant and asked to add bacon to the pizza (the same thing as we did the day before) and the guy said that it’s not possible that they don’t work that way and that we could not add nothing. After I said that yesterday we added it he said that he is going to check what he can do. This hotel has a huge potential but we felt a leek of guideness. A leek of a líder....

Pros: central location, big and clean room. Comfortable bed.

Cons: If you get a room 4 floor there is no lift.

Pros: Great location close to the Square but (our room at least) was very quiet. Bright, airy room with lots of light. Water bubbler in the corridor. Interesting building.

Cons: We arrived early (8am) as we’d come on the night train from Kiev. We didn’t expect to get into the room straight away, but thought they could have given us at least an early check in - midday, maybe - instead of an inflexible ‘check in is 2pm’ and when pressed ‘well, maybe come at 1.30’ - as it was pretty clear they were not full!

Pros: The room was huge and crystal clear. The location is very convenient as it's in the city center. The staff was very nice and affable. The interior is bright and positive, in white color.

Cons: There was no option of late check-out. The weather was hot and the sun was shining into the windows all day. No air conditioning made the stay not as comfortable as it could be. Also, it will be quite noisy for some people because of the big road outside the windows.

Cons: HOTEL STAFF!!!! NEEDS A TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE URGENTLY!! I got a tiny smile on check in and a tiny smile on check out that’s all. the rest of the staff from the security to the waitresses to the bar tender they all look like they are about to punch someone, upset faces ,or no expressions at all, definitely not a good feeling when you are staying in a hotel. On my second day I went to eat at the restaurant for dinner, at least I tried, I made my way into the restaurant I passed in front of the bar, I smiled at the barman and he looked at me soo serious that I even got scared, I asked if I can have a table for one and he answered me like I was a dog “yes seat”. I went to seat outside on the veranda, one waitress came to me after 2 minutes and gave me the menu, i smiled at her and then I waited for 45 minutes like an idiot, no one came back to me to take me the order, so I got up and I left the restaurant. I went to eat near by in a lovely traditional restaurant called 7 pigs. I thought the Hotel restaurant was busy that’s why was taking soo long for someone to come back to me to take me the order, but I realised that was only 2 tables in the restaurant and the waitress was just taking care of those tables and for some reason ignoring me. When I left the restaurant I saw the barman joking and laughing with the waitress, I said bye on my way out and he became serious again looking at me with no answer! I’ve been working in the hotel business for almost 20 years now and I’ve never seen such a situation in a 4 star hotel. If I will ever come back to Lviv definitely I won’t be staying here.

Pros: Wonderful staff at reception, a little bit small room, but everything there, what one needs and very close to the center.

Pros: Location is key here--it's about a two-minute walk to the central square of the old city. I stayed there at a discount and that made the price fair. The place was extremely quiet and I had great sleep. Likewise, there was plenty of parking space. The view from the 7th floor where breakfast was served was quite interesting and unusual.

Cons: The room--double standard room--was cheap looking, one of its walls wasn't at a straight angle, the wallpaper looked cheap with visible seams and joins (shouldn't be like that at a hotel that calls itself boutique), the bed had a strange empty space between the bed platform and the headboard so a pillow had to be stuck there to allow a comfortable sleep (two pillows were provided--perhaps for that purpose). Overall, it didn't look that boutiquey to me. Breakfast wasn't as good as some reviews had made me believe -- an okay breakfast with a great view.

Pros: Great location! Right in the center but in a very quiet area. The restaurant on the top has a very nice view. The staff at the reception were also very friendly and responsive. The room was cozy.

Cons: There was an issue with the pipes and our bathroom had a strong smell when we arrived, which was quite unpleasant. Breakfast was ok, but nothing amazing.

Pros: Friendly staff who were very helpful. Great restaurant on the 7th floor. Fantastic food. For early morning departures they prepared a nice boxed breakfast for me.

Cons: A means of communicating to open the barrier to the parking area without having to get out of the car and walk to the reception desk to ask to have it opened. I guess I could have used my phone to call reception.

Cons: Pricey restaurant and yet yummy food. I was disappointed/shocked at the size of the tiger shrimp.

Pros: Very good location. Good value for money. Really nice interior. Good restaurant with the view. Cozy terrace.

Cons: The breakfast is served till 10 AM. 10:15 they asked us to leave the restaurant. I even didn't finish my coffee. The elevator didn't work one evening.
