Pros (+) Westin in Langkawi was excellent! The hotel, the room, the service and the staff were all brilliant! we were upgraded to a ground floor garden view room and the room was beautiful and the view was stunning!
Cons (-) We had a slight complaint on the food in the main restaurant and the management were extremely apologetic And gave us complimentary airport lounge passes for Langkawi airport.
