Cons (-) Could use another elevator. One elevator for 4 floors was not enough. Food for breakfast was limited as far as variety. Would of liked to seen more options. Also area was very crowded with limited seating available.

Cons (-) Breakfast was adequate but not as good as other locations. Always seemed to be trying to catchup with needs.

Cons (-) The most impotant part for me on a one night stay is the rest, I lowered my rating because we had double beds and the bed that i slept the base or box spring was probably craked, one side was lower than the other half of the matress and I kept rolling into that side wich was not comfortable at all, It was room 407 I believe, the bed away from the window. Pros (+) The staff were exceptional and always greeted us as we entered and left the facility. The morning coffee was really good.
Cons (-) The beds were not that comfortable. I prefer a softer mattress and this one missed the mark. Would have liked healthier choices for breakfast, more fruit. The first day there were only 2 sad oranges and on the second day we were offered over-ripe bananas.
