Pros: While not in the city center, the hotel is a 2-min walk from the Metro which easily takes you anywhere. Super-friendly and helpful personnel (thank you, Vladislav!!), nice and clean rooms with everything needed, excellent breakfast included, 24-hr open restaurant (!). Also, 24-hr open supermarket is within a 5-min walk. Very pleased with my stay, will be back!

Cons: GIRL FROM RECEPTION IN MORNINGS WAS NOT VERY POLITE OR KIND, DOESN'T ATTEND MY COMPLAINTS ABOUT SAFE. I'VE TO KEEP MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS 3 DAYS INSIDE MY BAGGAGE, MONEY, PASSPORT. IT'S INCREDIBLE THAT SHE WAS SO LAZY EVEN TO LOOK AFTER SPA RESERVATION, ALL BOOKED ALL WEEK? I DON'T BELIEVE HER.NO FREE SCHEDULE TIME? HOTEL WAS ALMOST EMPTY, I WAS ALONE ALL DAYS IN BREAKFAST. I CHOSE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF SPA SERVICES. LOCATION AND BEDS ARE PERFECT, SERVICES OF HOTEL ARE SUPER (IF YOU CAN USE IT), BUT BEHAVE OF THIS LADY MADE ME MOVE TO ANOTHER HOTEL, EVEN WHEN I TOLD HER I WANTED TO STAY A WEEK OR MORE.

Pros: Not much. This hotel was a disappointment.
Cons: When i have arrived, the WC had sign on it- desinfected but yet it was very dirty and had.. brown signs of use from previous guest. Doors seem to be made from cardboard as noise isolation is near zero. Breakfast is below mediocre, for a 4 star hotel it is terrible.
