Pros (+) The room was gross. The guy that picked up the pile of goo left behind the door was nice enough to wear gloves when he picked it up.
Cons (-) Maybe clean up the place well enough to where I felt comfortable enough to not need gloves just being there.

Cons (-) Maybe the staff was overworked because of the pace summer brings. No one at the front desk ever said hi, how are you, how was your stay. Barely even made eye contact. It was weird...
Cons (-) I was kept up all night due to the heat appliance in the room clicking continuously. I tried to fix it myself but with no luck.
Pros (+) They switched us to a suite that was very nice and the AC worked fine.
Cons (-) In the first room that we were put in the AC didn't work. We had the AC on but the temperature went up to 78 degrees.
