Pros (+) I liked the layout of the rooms.
Cons (-) When we checked in, “Mark” was just plain rude. Although Hilton Honors booked us here as a “family friendly and pet friendly” location, it was neither. Upon checkin I was informed of a $145 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE. This was more than the room itself. The guy checking us in was not helpful or friendly and put us in the wrong room.
