Pros (+) the location of this hotel is superb with close access to all the parks and the town of Kanab is a really nice small town.
Cons (-) the building is dated. the floors on the 2nd level creak. a lot. how anyone slept underneath me while i walked to the bathroom is a mystery. the price is high for a hotel room, you can find a better deal in a different town.
