Pros (+) Beautiful facility with remodeled rooms and friendly, courteous staff.
Cons (-) There were old lip marks on 2 of the 4 “clean” drinking glasses. Very limited cable package; the only way to watch any movies was to pay $19.99 + tax per movie for on-demand; TV boasted music channels for purchase at $9.99/day per channel. TV did have Google Chromecast but hotel complimentary WiFi did not have strong enough signal for my phone to connect.

Pros (+) It’s a elegant but needs some attention Hotel
Cons (-) There was construction everywhere around the hotel,this “Little Venice” with a lake was all torn up everywhere under the city’s construction. It’s not the Hotel’s fault, mind you. My a/c didn’t function properly at all and the building was without water due to a water main break for several hours, meaning no shower for a meeting, no brushing teeth etc.
