If you change your mind they won’t give you any other option upon pickup other than what you booked. If you’re late after 24 hours they charge an entire next day although I’m sure they’ll rent it out to a new customer immediately if it occurs which means car would be double-booked. An easier way to rent a vehicle is coming from terminal 3. A big process if trying to bring luggage etc all the way over to terminal 1 and then do it all over again once you drop vehicle off. Not pleasant.Reviewed 21 Dec 2022

When I went to pick up the car that I had already pre-paid for they added new taxes and service fees which was quite a surprise. When I took the car back I had inspected it and it looked fine I went in side and the service agent went out to inspect the car and then came in and told me that there was an area in the front bumper that was pushed in. I went back out with him and I said that was not there when I dropped off the car and he said that it was. He said I would have to pay for it. I asked to speak to his manager and he said the manager was not available I asked to see the local cameras to see if he had pushed it in and he said that I would have to figure that out on my own. I proceeded to fix the bumper which he asked me not to do and when I left it was good as new. I am disgusted with that kind of behavior and I wonder who else they do it to.Reviewed 27 Sep 2022

I did not receive the vehicle requested. I had booked an SUV (Toyota RAV) and got a Chrysler 300 instead. I confirmed my booking the day before prior to pick up, and was disappointed on the day of pick up they did not have the vehicle I requested. In fairness a partial refund should be issued for not living up to the agreement.Reviewed 15 Aug 2022
