They canceled the flight last minute.
Excellent customer service
Plane was over an hour late, ground personal were not sympathetic to the lady waiting in front of me to check flight. Once on board crew was very friendly. Flight back was a little delayed,, gate agent was down right rude. I said “excuse me, may I ask you a question. His response was, “No, I am busy.”. Period, no “ let me finish this and I will be with you, no, “hang on one moment”, just “NO”.
Flight attendants very rude and aggressive
Flight wa son time
We had a problem getting through TSA checkpoint… my husbands drivers license wouldn’t read and they sent us back to the Hawaiian Airlines ticket counter 3 times. The license never read correctly in the machine but another TSA agent let him through because the paper ticket matched up. I think that the first TSA supervisor ( who was no help to us) did not know what he was doing. The food on the flight was horrible! Some sort of chicken pretzel pocket of which I wouldn’t have even fed to my dog. The entertainment selection on the APP was dismal. The attendants were not seen as much on this trip. We had garbage that was piling up in our seat pockets and it would have been nice if they made rounds a few times during the trip instead of just once at the end. Now the positives… the plane and bathrooms were clean. The attendants were nice and the plane left on time. The temperature on board was pleasant too. Overall, not our best flight experience coming out of Oakland but perhaps standards are just not what they used to be post-pandemic.
Was short and sweet!
All good overall
The plan was more than two hours late on departure with all passengers boarded.
Late on departure without advance notice
Our experience was very positive, effective and on time. I will fly again in Hawaiian Airlines, the airplane was in great shape and the crew friendly Overall excellent
Staff was on top of it, the plane was clean and updated, and good leg room in economy plus. Boarding was like all airlines, slow people with carry-on held up the process buy that is not on the airline. It was my first flight with Hawaiin and not my last. Great price, great experience.
The flight was on time and the boarding process was very smooth.
HAL, please turn up the temperature in the cabin on the red eye flights. It was cold on our flight.
The plane although very old it was very comfortable i went to the bathroom and the sink was clogged and nobody had realized that it was the boarding process although very mindful of passenger needs is inadequate. I do not understand why they bother serving anything for such a short flight but since they make the effort to give you something just have a basket with chips pretzels miniature cookies etc it takes the same amount of time
Fast flight. Friendly crew.
the terminal was very confusing and un organized.
The plane was so late, I missed a family dinner.
On time and nice crews. Food and goods need improved.
All schedules were on time and friendly crews.
The landing was so smooth and the crew are very friendly and helpful
The flight attendants genuinely cared about our comfort - throughout. We did not enjoy all the eruptions to our movie or whatever else was watched.
Appreciate the Aloha
Flight was on time and checking in was very easy
The staff didn't seem happy at all during the entire flight but the seats were comfortable
Crew and boarding was excellent, food was poor
My flight was changed without notifying me. I used the code for the 830 flight I had scheduled and was surprised when a boarding time of 7:05 was present. Called and told that there were issues and there were no seats left on the 830 flight even though I had a seat assignment. I should have been notified when this change was made.
Everything was smooth as silk. The plane and the ride were excellent.
Perfect trips to and from Hawaii. Very friendly and accommodating. Smooth flights as well.
Was crowded but other than that no issues
