Pros (+) The room and bed were fine
Cons (-) My supper of half a chicken with slaw was inedible .The chips were soggy and cold,the chicken was dry and overcooked and serving it on a bed of lettuce made sure it was luke warm .Very disappointing.

Cons (-) Room had an old musty/mouldy smell. Wifi was free for only 30 min. Towels didn't smell clean. Room overall needed to be updated. Stayed here because we had a flight layover overnight out of Gatwick and thought we could just walk to to hotel, but it's actually about a 5 min cab ride from airport.
Pros (+) The room was very clean and seemed to have been recently updated. I like that there was decaf coffee avail. The people at Reception were especially helpful.
