Car was clean and well maintained. Pick up and drop off experience was horrendous. High pressure tactics to buy insurance. I double checked that I declined CDW while booking so that I can use my credit card insurance. But they declined to accept that, forcing me to take insurance. They gave some vague idea about the amount of petrol in the car they said half tank. . I missed taking a picture. So during return they insisted it was 3/4 tank. Had to pay for quarter tank. Very shady practices overall. Will not recommend renting through them again.Reviewed 2 Aug 2026

No option to cancel the reservation or change the pick-up location. Very high deposit. I do not recommend it.Reviewed 26 Jul 2026

Service was not what was expected, and an inability to enter an exact billing address with the intended driver through the booking prevented us from being able to receive expected service.Reviewed 10 Jun 2026

They scam using false methods to enforce insurance customers already have with personal insurance and credit card coverage. Further claim scratch on car wheel that’s small was claim as damage to vehicle which they claim payment for. Terrible experience will NEVER recommend them to anyone.Reviewed 23 Jul 2025

Would not rent me the car as I didn’t have two form of proof of address for the address listed on my drivers license (I did have them for my rental address where I live). Only solution offered was to pay them a c. £200 up front fee as a waiver.Reviewed 28 Oct 2024

Wouldn’t use it again. We hired a van and from our initial inspection the van 1. Wasn’t ready in time 2. had a lot more scratches than on their report which we recorded 3. Had a broken piece of wood in the back which was not noted down. Poor.Reviewed 8 Jul 2024

Terrible. Avoid at every cost. They claim you’ve damaged the car when you haven’t and take loads of money from your deposit. Read the guardian article about them. There is a class action against them. They should not be included on comparison websites as it reflects really badly on that website.Reviewed 22 Jun 2024
