Summary of reviews

Guests say

The overwhelming majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay, primarily due to severe cleanliness issues, including frequent reports of cockroaches, dirty linens, and unpleasant odors. Many reviews also mention unresponsive or inconsistent housekeeping, broken amenities, and a lack of basic supplies like towels. Noise disturbances and safety concerns were raised by several guests, and some felt the location was not ideal. While a few guests appreciated the price, location, or friendly staff, these positives were overshadowed by the negative aspects, especially the pervasive pest and hygiene problems.
