Pros: Very friendly & helpful staff, available 24 hours. The place was quite so we were able to sleep good.

Cons: One of the windows didn't lock, however it was secured from outside.

Pros: Shisha on the terrace was lovely but expensive. We could book our bus tickets with them but then it turned out we had to pay a taxi fare for the person to go buy our tickets - sneaky.

Cons: You get something but not to much for your money eg. when you take a shower in your bathroom everything will get wet because the shower is not caged. Sometimes this has become very annoying.

Cons: There were no toiletries, we assumed there would be and did not bring any with us due to restrictions on the plane. Not a big issue though considering they can be purchased for very cheap.
