Pros:Even though I was out of their pick up range, they literally went the extra mile and picked me up so I didn't have to leave my car the whole weekend or gather my car up before my trip. Very helpful and professional.Cons:I requested an Ford Transit and got a Chevy passenger van which was sandy, had loose seats that I had to secure myself, food and stains on the benches, and lacked safety technology I would have expected in the Ford Transit with back up cameras, etc. Not happy with the vehicle switch.Reviewed 1 Oct 2019
