When we arrived had to wait almost an hour to get our car. They were busy but no one was online we were all just sitting in the rental center waiting for the attendants to give us cars when the lot was full of cars.Reviewed 9 Oct 2023

Pros:NothingCons:Well actually GETTING a car would have been nice. Received a call saying all the cars were out and there were some coming in on Sunday when they were turned in so I would receive a call Sunday or Monday. NEVER HAPPENED. So, I ubered everywhere. Pros:Nothing! Got to the company and they didn’t even have any cars available. They stated that they haven’t received cars back in from other users so they would have to call us when a car was ready. Ended up canceling the reservation and not having anything. The customer service was VERY unprofessional and unbelievable. If they knew they didn’t have any cars, they should have called everyone to let them know. It was 4 other reservations that came in the same time I was there and had the same issue.Cons:Next time if they know they don’t have any cars they need to block out receiving reservations instead of taking my money to book a car they know they don’t have.Reviewed 25 Apr 2021

Pros:Absolutely not. Very poor customer service.Cons:If the staff had been upfront and honest about cost, such as actual cost of adding an additional driver, cost of detailing at the end (for sand and additional &100!) very disappointed and will not return to enterprise.Reviewed 9 Apr 2021

Pros:Only the lady is the bench is ok I don't remember her nameCons:This company is really bed! They offers card the actually don't have! I maked a reservation for commercial Ford mostang, I called to confirm that it really exists in the branch, than when I came they sat they don't have! And it happened twice, day after day.
