Cons:The pickup process lasted over an hour with only 6 customers in front of me. There was 1 employee managing the desk (who was working hard), but it was too much for 1 person. After receiving the keys, the car was not in the spot (A-11) that they told me it was so I walked around the garage hitting the alarm until I found it. Drop off was incredibly ambiguous- took me 10 mins to find another renter’s employee and confirm the drop off procedure. I will NEVER rent from Advantage again.Reviewed 13 May 2021

Pros:Drop off was the only thing I liked and it was because it was easy.Cons:The staffing!! There was ONE, not two, but ONE staff working. We waited over half an hour to finally start checking in even though we filled out all the information through the link they sent via text. The staff was rude, too sarcastic sounding, and took out important information in regards to the gas filling upon return just to get us to over pay!!Reviewed 13 May 2021

Pros:Pleasant and polite staff. Ease of pickup and return process.Cons:Staff really wanted to push us into an SUV, which we really did not need. We caved in and let him "upgrade" us to a Hyundai Santa Fe from the originally reserved Toyota Camry, which we are quite sure would have been a much nicer ride. Upon pick up, we noticed accident damage along the passenger side of the vehicle. As we saw another customer drive away in the very nice Toyota Camry we originally reserved, we were not happy.Reviewed 18 Apr 2021

Pros:The staff was ok.Cons:Well first of all we could have gotten the car that we reserved. We reserved a minivan and we got some type of Toyota. The Toyota was dirty and the and the steering wheel with shake a little wheel drive we took that back and got another car another some type of Toyota. We drove that Toyota around for less than 24 hours and then the maintenance request light came on. We had to take that Toyota back and then they still did not give us a minivan and gave us a Toyota 4Runner. The whole experience was just horrible we had to stop what we were doing in the middle of our vacation to take rental cars back and still did not get what we asked for the minivan. I will NEVER rent a vehicle from advantage ever again!Reviewed 14 Mar 2021

Cons:Very unprofessional customer service. No manager on duty at least not that I could see. There was one employee serving customers walking them personally down to the garage one at a time making all the customers wait upstairs. Other employees could be heard in the back office horsing around rather than attending to customers. The policy to rent a car it’s time consuming and pointless; they asked me to look up an electrical bill to prove thatMy ID matched the address. Hotwire told me in my confirmation that I had unlimited miles, but the sales customer service representative told me that I only had 150 miles a day.Reviewed 13 Feb 2021
