I was not treated well! I believe is a scam because how they try to ask all kinds of proof of insurance and stuff like that which doesn’t make sense. Anyway I ended and cancel and went next door to Alamo and I was treated well there. They low ball the rate to get you in and scam you!Reviewed 23 Oct 2023

Cons:I already bought insurance through kayak but the desk person insisted I needed to get thier insurance as well. I was in a hurry and did not have time to argue too long. Pretty sure I had four different insurances on this car. My insurance,my credit card insurance, Kayak insurance, and ace insurance. Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful! Was no problem for the pick up or drop off the car! I received my deposit in three days! Thank you!Cons:Could be better if they clean the car inside.
