Enterprise was great. However, I did not like the booking process through Kayak. From the beginning I was being quoted a rate in Cdn Dollars (all in) and somewhere between starting the process and being moved to the Hotwire website the quote was switched to US Dollars. I did notice this and it would have been fine if the final total was still ‘all in’ and similar to the Cdn amount expected. It turned out to be almost 40% higher than expected as I guess the US amount was not all in. It was just disappointing that the currency and variables were changing as I went through the reservation process. It was obviously known from the beginning of my inquiry that I was shopping in Canada, making a reservation in Canada and paying in Canadian dollars. My reservation was for a VW Jetta or similar, the car I received was a Chevy Spark. It would have been around a hundred dollars for a 2day upgrade. I am a tall man, I was not impressed to say the least.Reviewed 27 Feb 2023

The pickup counter was closed during regular hours. I sent my associates twice over 2 days and nobody was there. It made for a bad experience for the employee I sent. We rented a separate car and cancelled this booking.Reviewed 6 Dec 2022

The car should have had winter tires as we arrived in Kelowna when it was very snowy and slippery on the roads. We were told we did not need winter tires yet we would be responsible for anything that happened on the road even if as a result of the weather conditions.
