I wish renting a car was not so expensive these days, however we had an impeccable rental experience from the pick up to the drop off. As you may be aware I also got an upgrade, I was super stressed about needing a 4 x 4 with the winter weather that was happening just before we were landing - I even called customer service to try to figure out how to do that but amazingly got a 4 x 4 even though I hadn’t booked one. Needless to say the weather wasn’t as bad as would have been imagined, our rental was perfect. Thank you so much, we will be backReviewed 17 Mar 2022

Pros:The car was comfortable. Got upgraded to a larger car for free which was nice.Cons:The car reeked of smoke even though there were “No Smoking” signs listed in the vehicle. When pointed out to a staff member, the reply was, “it happens, we don’t have control over that.” Not great. Also, there was no one at the Enterprise pickup counter. Took a long time to get ahold of a staff member for pickup.Reviewed 4 Jun 2021

Cons:When I picked up my car, I was offered insurance for the vehicle. Usually I get it, but this time it was ridiculously high! Over $40 per day...which was twice as much as the highest rate I'd paid in the past.Reviewed 31 Oct 2020
