The guys did not have the car ready even when the flight was delayed 30’ . They said 15-20 minutes but I did not have that time as I had to make an important business meeting. I said I need any car now I don’t care if it’s smaller or bigger , they offered me a bigger car but said I have to pay !! Ridiculous so I had no choice but to paid for an upgrade when they had no car ready at the time of my reservation which was 1:30pm or even 1:50pm. Bad bad experienceReviewed 19 Feb 2025
