Location was great, accessible to downtown area, and shopping center, friendly staff, and you feel safe as they locked their main door.
I requested a river view, thought city and river view are the same, ending was put in city view. The fridge was not usable as it was not defrost prior to arrival, ice was too thick, we can't even used it. Found long white hair in the towel, and dead bugs in the window panel. No parking, and you have to pay.
Location near the Shaw Conference Centre was ideal. Room was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. Lovely walk in shower!
My friend's vehicle was broken into in the parking lot!
Location is great, and their facility is very clean. Staff is very friendly.
Exceptional location and polite staff.
Except for location, I believe there needs to be improvement in the following: room furniture is worn out and needs replacement; there is no safety box in the room, instead the safety boxes at the reception are available. What surprised me most is that the hotel charges for the bottled water. This is in all Marriott as well as in most of the other hotels today free of charge. Toiletries could also be better.
Convenient location for a mini staycation. Staff were very friendly, helpful and fast with service. The room was clean and comfortable.
In the room I was not able to control the temperature. Bathroom toiletries were partially used. In room menu was overpriced for quality of food we received.
