The worst rental car experience. The car was fine but the PICKUP was awful. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my vehicle to be ready along with two other people and I had made the reservation the morning the day before. Why was the vehicle not ready? I have no idea. I completely missed my appointment that I had due to this. I’m extremely disappointed.Reviewed 12 Jan 2023

I booked mine on line ,the wait wasn’t to bad for the rental ,not as bad as in the airport where it always takes forever. The workers were great and patient with me ,very happy with my experience with them and would recommend over any place at the airportReviewed 7 Dec 2022

The pickup location is off-site and in a sketchy part of Richmond. They did not have a marked shuttle. We waited by the rental car shuttle pickup at Vancouver airport and they told us they're not allowed to park there. A private vehicle eventually showed up to drive us to pickup location. The office is tiny and seems very disorganized and chaotic. It was extremely busy and they were scrambling to find cars for people. The cars they do have are very used - mine had 134,000km on it, and a ton of scratches, scrapes, bald tires and no windshield washer fluid. All the customers were taking videos of their vehicles bc we were all afraid we'd be charged for existing damage. Buyer beware. Spend a few extra $$ and use one of the bigger rental agencies that have pickup right in the terminal.Reviewed 21 Nov 2022

I accidentally selected the wrong dates and I cannot even reschedule. So my whole money was wasted. And I was not around to even use it. Terrible customer service. Don't recommend. The car itself was actually really good. The reason I rated my experience so low was solely based on the guy working the counter when I picked it up. Not only was he nowhere to be seen for a good 20 minutes (likely more as the people before me had already been waiting a while when I got there), but he was condescending and snarky anytime I had a question. I was asking him about things I needed to know when it comes to the insurance, what it covers and how it works with the laws in Canada. I also asked him if there were things I should.know while driving up there. This was my first time ever in Canada. He acted like it was such a waste of time for him to have to answer these questions. The lady who worked at the hotel where the rental kiosk was in for when I dropped off the car; she was very nice and helpful! I don't think she worked foe the car company, just had a deal with them to help with the car rentals.Reviewed 18 Sep 2022
