Paid for the car with extra cleaning it was covered in sand. Windshield cad a chip and passenger side door had a white scrape. Trying to to track anyone down from inside to report was impossible, and trying to get an actual human being on the phone was non existent. 4 to 5 numbers and endless messages. I tried to fill out their form on line, “we’re sorry your request can not be processed at this time”. I took photos instead. What I didn’t take photos of was the fuel gage. I returned to the same level and got nailed with a 17 litre fuel charge. “You took photos of the damage you should have taken photos of the fuel level.” Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty are all the same company, going to try elsewhere out of spite next time.Reviewed 23 Jan 2023

Toyota Corolla is a really nice car to drive, it has added safety when it comes with radar to check blind spots on sides mirrors and slip lines (crossing lanes) warning. I like this feature so much! The car was so dirty when picking up, The Hertz franchise "Dollar", their staff at SW Marine drive did not well prepared the car to the next customer.Reviewed 1 Jun 2022
