You have to go to the hertz line to get the car, where they allow the hertz gold members to cut to the front of the line. They were short staffed, often running to the lot to get more keys for rentals. It took over an hour and half to pickup a prepaid car. Not worth the savings.Reviewed 1 Oct 2022

Friendly staff at the Reno airport. They recommended an upgrade for a larger vehicle and were able to offer it for a much lower price than they initially quoted. The vehicle was almost new and very comfortable to drive. Drop off was easy and convenient.Reviewed 5 Sep 2022

Brand new Ford Edge, problems with eco drive, shut off while moving, all gauges & screen blacked out, dead wheel, couldn’t get eco drive to turn off. Car never should have been on the road. I booked online, and my rental cost doubled at the counter, very shady.Reviewed 10 Aug 2022

I picked up the car at night. no one to check out the car in the parking structure. Next morning I then realized the car only had a quarter tank of gas and it should have been full. I had to drive back to the airport, the nice lady at Dollar took the car and filled it up. I was happy with the car. I returned the car morning of departure. Same lady checked the car. Said everything was fine. Arriving home we get a message of a $400.00 damage fee for smoking in the car. We did not smoke in the car. My wife says how do you fight that ? So out 400. Won't rent from them again. Maybe they should have checked the car before I rented it other wise it would have been full of gas in the first place.Reviewed 29 Sep 2021
