Terrible experience. Will never use them again. We reserved a vehicle 6 months prior to travel. When we got there they only had a minivan for us. We had 6 people and a baby we were going into the mountains to ski and they could only provide a front wheel drive minivan when we ordered a luxury SUV with four wheel drive.
