Courtesy-friendliness at counter needs to be improved. Asked me how many people will be in my group. I said just me, but I had rented a minivan. I feel most comfortable being up high. She said I would have to wait for my minivan but she would upgrade me… when I get outside to pick up my car… my “ upgrade “ was a FORD ESCORT. Seriously?! I felt ripped off, but I didn’t have the time to go wait another 45 minutes in line to argue the point. Left feeling taken advantage ofReviewed 24 Jul 2026

The total experience was great....the online reservation process, price, pick up and drop off, all went smoothly. I will book through Kayak again in the future.Reviewed 28 Apr 2026

Nice car, easy experience but they tried to add a $30 junk fee that I had to wait in two different lines to get removed. It’s happened multiple times to me where rental companies add junk fees on top of the agreed upon price without telling the customer just to see if they can get away with it which is unethical.Reviewed 24 Apr 2026

Straight scammers. Tried to get me to sign contract for extra 2 hours. Had to cancel and rebook online at check in desk. Then when turning car in with full gas they tried to charge $148 for gas. If I wasn't able to return to drop off counter their gas scam would have worked. Budget should be avoided at all costs if possible.Reviewed 10 Jul 2025

They are scammers. Tried to add 2 hours to a one day reserved rental. I literally had to back away from the scammers desk and make a second booking to avoid that scam by the Ren guy. Then when returning vehicle they tried to scam me for $144 in fuel charges when the car was returned full. I had to make a return trip to the airport in order to get that rectified. Bottom line Budget should definitely be a NO GO and Kayak shouldn't be associated with these scammers.Reviewed 7 Jul 2025
