Pros: Located in old town. Characterful. Decor recently refreshed.
Cons: Shower in need of refresh. No tea making facilities in room. No lift to second floor. Felt a bit high on price relative to what was delivered. Eg breakfast was 15euros but no croisants and limited choice of cereals, and presented on shelving with little surface to set dish or cup on. Poor lighting breakfast room made it hard to read product labels.

Cons: The beds were a bit too hard.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location.
Cons: Location was amazing, unfortunately the staff were unwilling to compromise when we were given the wrong room that had specifically booked. Had 3 different versions of why the room was not available but no apologies were given. The room we were given was adequate but it was very outdated with no communal area to sit unlike the room we had booked.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was huge with lovely views. The host very friendly. Breakfast basic (croissant, bread and jam and tinned fruit) .Excellent coffee though!
Cons: The floor hadn't been vacuumed or mopped for a long time and there was black dust on the bedside table, maybe from old beams above. I left a more for the chambermaid but she didn't do any cleaning. There is no toilet paper holder, which is very unhygienic! Towels are old and thin.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good position. Wonderful view.
Cons: You need to be agile. Two staircases (easy). Then very small winding stone staircase. Charming and fun but if you have difficulties. Not.
