Lovely breakfast (which I didn't have to cook!) and very comfortable bed.
The shower room was on the tiny side - tended to bang my head on the shelf when beding over the basin, but perfectly clean and adequate.

the owner was friendly and attentive and rooms very clean and well equipped. breakfast's catered for all posibilities. I would certainly recommend and would stay again.

“First time in Selsey in 51 years of travelling to location; stayed only due to Covid & not wanting to stay overnight [it was allowed then!] with an elderly parent. Room was clean & tidy, staff were very friendly, breakfast - bacon roll - was lovely. Would recommend.”
“because of covid it was served in our room..that was excellent. food was tasty and hot. We had a lovely view of the garden, the hosts were excellent , we had our temprature taken. All was sparkly and clean”
