Cons (-) The hotel had no hot water. I had to do my best to "shower" in the sink. The sink had hot water. The only advice I got from the front desk was to let the shower run longer. I let it run for 20 minutes, ultimately making me late for my appt. Will not stay here again until this is rectified

Pros (+) The hotel was clean and thr room was nice...but it is only a month and a half old!
Cons (-) Sound proofing in the floors and ceiling was lacking. Fairly certain there was a herd of horses above me. Also, the front desk attendant was having a discussion on the phone with her boyfriend as i was checking in. She was so distracted that she didn't even activate either of my keys.
