The car made noises as thought it had poor maintenance and was not going to reliably make it to where we wanted to go. Not all the electronics worked/worked properly. Had a low tire and could not get anybody on the phone to help us. Had to take a chance in my neck to the rental with somebody and hope that the car did not have a blowout. It was not very happy with the lack of communication or help from anyone we talked to on the phone.Reviewed 29 Jan 2025

The truck exterior was filthy!! The interior cleanliness was overall pretty good other than the huge seagull poop on the back seat. Obviously the windows were left open and the BIG bird had great aim. Other than that this was a top 10 experience with Budget. Dropped off vehicle at 6:05 PM at the location. No one was there, however, there was no box to leave the keys. There was a box that said, for trucks only and not to leave the car keys. I had no choice but to leave the car keys in the truck box. would I run there again? Absolutely not. Very frustrating. I was there 45 minutes trying to figure out what to do. No one would answer the phone and when I talk to someone on the phone, it took me a half hour to wait to get to someone. Too much time out of my day, and my time is valuable.Reviewed 16 Feb 2024
