Pick up process was a free for all with 1 person working and 30 people trying to get a car. In the garage. Terrible In the terminal again 1 person for a huge line. Overall pick up process was absurd - for a busy airport where tons of rentals are booked you need to do better. We waited forever for a car and then they added insurance on when we said no. They did take it off when we called about it. Return was easy and efficient. The cars were clean and worked great.Reviewed 5 Mar 2023
