It made our traveling so easy. Able to go right to the car to pick up after getting the luggage. Our only problem was picking out which car would accommodate our luggage. Drop off was even easier. ThanksReviewed 3 Jan 2023

Alamo is one of the best rentals to do business with in Florida. I have a lot of experience and I have encountered unfortunate instances of bad service or bad deals in the guise of good ones. While the service at the airport was very good, a gentleman from Alama had to come over and assist with the self service kiosk. It wouldn't accept my credit card or drivers license without a lot of trying and manipulating of the cards. It finally took after several minutes. Several machines were out of service and nobody else was using them even through there was a long line at the counter. Wondering why??Reviewed 22 Aug 2022
