I liked the friendliness of the rental agent; I do believe his name was Michael. The questions I asked, he was able to answer. Michael was very knowledgeable. I knew I would be dropping off the car early in the morning, and I needed to know what to do. He told me about the inside drop box for the keys, and not to give them to anyone who may approach me. My rental was clean and gassed up...nice SUV. I had no trouble with the vehicle, which lets me know it was well-maintained. In fact, the trailer where Budget is located, is clean, too.
