10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was perfect, from room to the breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Services, great staff and beautiful atmosphere.
Cons: Animals in the dinning room. Wonder if there's a separate wing for animals and owners. I am allergic to animal dandruff and hair. Bed Headboard covering could harbor dandruff and dust. Need one that could be wiped for allergy sufferers. Had to take allergy pill this morning. Did not sleep well. That still doesn't take away from good staffing and services enjoyed during my stay. I am just one of few allergic individuals. Thanks.
9.6 Excellent

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Staff was friendly, made my bed tidied my room daily.
Cons: Security I felt was a bit compromised there are two side doors to enter aside from the main lobby front doors. Neither of these were secured meaning patrons entering had to use their key card to enter. So anyone passing by could enter the building. I asked for a room change to the 2nd floor to as this made me feel the security factor might have been compromised. I am a single middle aged woman who does not carry a concealed weapon so I was bothered by this fact. The second biggest beef I had was the commode would not flush. I told the staff and they rectified this, but the fix was only temporary. This to me is a hygiene issue that was bothersome. I was mortified, but the morning I left it was not working so the clean up staff was left with a very unpleasant surprise. Ughhh.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Close to meeting location.
Cons: Breakfast staff don't speak English, need someone at least speak the basic. Should understand hot water, microwave, butter etc... Housekeeper cleaned the Room, but no condiment replenish.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfy
Cons: Room especially bathroom need better care somethings need to be replaced. The breakfast was very minimal not a lot of effort they look like there being cheep on what they serve. Customer service SUCKS!!! I asked for a blanket they said no. I told them I needed towels replaced the next day and didn’t. Bathroom needs new stuff. Parking lot is bad . It’s almost like the owners don’t care just want your money.

I understand that the handicap rooms are needed but the should be given to the people who need them. We have stayed here 2 others to times and was very pleased, but I will say if this would have been our first time, we would not come back. 1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Completely MISREPRESENTED in description. Although there is a sign that says no smoking by state law - hotel and room reek of cigarette smoke. Paid for a room with Wi-Fi but there was none- yet no compensation. Disgusted experience
4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Pros: Front desk was great!! When I had a problem with the smell in the original room, he immediately got us a much better room!!
Cons: First floor smell when you walked in smelled bad. Hotel was obviously an older one that Clarion tried to fix up but they need to pay some attention to the smell on the first floor as it is a big problem.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious besides the bathroom (was tiny). Very clean besides the big cob web in the corner. The breakfast was delicious. They served cereal, oatmeal, breads, pastries, eggs, ham, sausage, biscuits with gravy and waffles.
Cons: The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We could barely sleep cause of it. We were then told from the front desk when we checked out that it was probaly like that cause our room wasn't booked as much, so the beds were very new and not slept in alot. The hallways and elevators stunk like cigarettes and marijuana.

Pros: Great location. Great room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Love the robes provided.
Cons: When we arrived -there was NO place to wait for the valet. Cars were backed up 4 OR 5 deep. So decided to drive around -and just parked on the side street. The bath room was lovely, but would have liked to have a magnifying mirror available. The 2nd night could hear a metal clanking sound all night , and discovered it was a flag pole ,apparently the metal snap hooks holding the flag and/or the metal truck housing the halyard were clanging against the pole in the wind. VERY LOUD most of the night. Perhaps taking the flags down at night ?? .

Pros: Super easy to get to, plenty of eating options if needed
Cons: The pictures were old so it looked way newer than it actually is. The bedding for the sofa bed was MIA except for a blanket and very flat pillow. That was disappointing and kind of gross.
