Pros: Services, great staff and beautiful atmosphere.
Cons: Animals in the dinning room. Wonder if there's a separate wing for animals and owners. I am allergic to animal dandruff and hair. Bed Headboard covering could harbor dandruff and dust. Need one that could be wiped for allergy sufferers. Had to take allergy pill this morning. Did not sleep well. That still doesn't take away from good staffing and services enjoyed during my stay. I am just one of few allergic individuals. Thanks.

Cons: When we arrived -there was NO place to wait for the valet. Cars were backed up 4 OR 5 deep. So decided to drive around -and just parked on the side street. The bath room was lovely, but would have liked to have a magnifying mirror available. The 2nd night could hear a metal clanking sound all night , and discovered it was a flag pole ,apparently the metal snap hooks holding the flag and/or the metal truck housing the halyard were clanging against the pole in the wind. VERY LOUD most of the night. Perhaps taking the flags down at night ?? .

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Caring staff, decent breakfast, nice rooms, easy parking, nice showers, plenty of hot water, nice linens and towels.
Cons: Guests did not pick up after their dogs, so when I ran with the children on the grassy areas, we had to watch our step !!!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Locked out of my room for an hour, due to malfunctioning room key door lock. After 3 trips down the elevator carrying my overnight bag and hangup clothes ( my suitcase was already locked inside my room !! ) , and the front desk clerk trying their master key and trying to fix it by replacing the batteries in the door lock , maintenance was called and reinterpreted my suitcase and I was given a new room. The front desk clerk was helpful . The room and its amenities were clean and as expected.
Cons: Being locked out of my room for over an hour made me quite late for my grandaughters 20th birthday dinner.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were amazing. Best nights sleep I've ever had away from the house. Having a kitchenette in the room made it a lot easier to stay on target with our diet also.
Cons: The only thing that was any type of issue at all was the indoor pool was next door at a neighboring location. A cold walk over there and a very cold and wet walk back but not horrible.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property was very clean. We stayed in cabin 4 room 2 we liked the property just our view was the overnight parking that was the only thing we didn't like and the breakfast was a little skimpy but we enjoyed the oatmeal. Like granny's
7.5 Good
Pros: The property was amazing! So beautiful, rustic!
Cons: I did NOT appreciate being locked out of the place when our event ended. We had to climb over a gate and walk a mile in the freezing rain. The staff should have warned about the gate closing and /or given a code for entry; and the phone on the gate should have put us through to someone who could have helped us but it did not.
6.7 Good
Pros: swimming pool is clean and large with waterfall. property is huge and provides opportunity for nice walks
Cons: the rooms are cooled to 68F and can not be adjusted individually! a no-go for a modern accommodation. in addition, quite noisy when people sit and chat in the sitting area outside your door.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location scenery, fishing, walking
Cons: Walls are thin - you can hear every single word in rooms next to you. Only recommend booking whole cabin and having people you know in rooms. Otherwise it was totally awkward. Not a lot of privacy for couples. Staff barely spoke to us. We had to ask questions or wouldn’t have known about breakfast or anything!
6.8 Good
Pros: Location: The lodge is surrounded by acres of gorgeous landscape with a view of the Tulsa skyline, but yet is only a 20 minute drive from all attractions. Cleanliness: Our room was clean and was cleaned although we stayed only 2 nights. Facilities: Each lodge offers a common- game room with a pool table and other games. There is also a pool and in the summer months one can purchase other activities such as zip-lining tours.
Cons: Beds: Our mattress was old and dented causing us not so good nights. Staff: Since the heat/ AC in the rooms are not controlled by a thermostat in the room, guests have to call the front desk to have the temperature adjusted. The receptionist was helpful and quickly adjusted the temp. In the middle of the night, we woke up sweating - the staff had readjusted our rooms temp to 78 degrees. We phoned the receptionist again. This time the front desk clerk wasn't as nice as before and was telling us he would take care of it when he had time. We had to call the front desk a total of 5 times during our stay to have the temp. set to 68 degrees because they kept resetting it to 78. Not cool. Not a place for children: Although the lodge offers many facilities, the common room was often taken up by slightly intoxicated adults so our kid couldn't enjoy any of them. Also, our sleep and down time at the lodge was inconvenienced due to two guests having intercourse and moaning loudly. This may sound funny to some, but if you are with a child who asks you, why there are loud moaning noises coming through the air vent disrupting their sleep at night and their time at the lodge during the day, you, the parent, might find yourself in an uncomfortable situation. We called the reception about this also and were told that there is nothing they can do. When asked about an alternative room, I was advised that there was no other room forcing us to wear ear plugs while in our room. Breakfast: If you plan to go here, please be aware that breakfast is served from 8 am- 9:30 and there is no way to eat before that time. We had to eat elsewhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A nice location among the oak trees and only 15 minutes from downtown Tulsa
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Landscaping was beautiful. Liked the artwork for sale in the hallways. Liked all the trails and the deer. Wanted to go ziplining. Thought it was a great addition to the property. But, it rained. Nice swimming pool.
Cons: Confusion about location of breakfast and times. Not aware that the Lodge for groups. Felt out of place with just two of us and so far away from everything. Coffee pot in the lounge area of Lodge 3 was too dirty of coffee stains to use.
7.1 Good
Pros: Cleanliness of lodge. Beautiful location
Cons: We were there for a jazz festival...very disorganized. The lodge was clean. The staff not very helpful
7.9 Good
Cons: We couldn't check in at time given to us by staff

I understand that the handicap rooms are needed but the should be given to the people who need them. We have stayed here 2 others to times and was very pleased, but I will say if this would have been our first time, we would not come back. Also we woke up to our toilet being clogged ( which is was not when we went to bed) so my husband went down stairs to use the bathroom and get a plunger and the men's room downstairs was total trashed and discussing and clogged......

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness of the room and the staff.
Cons: I did like it
6.0 Good
Pros: Bed, cleanliness
Cons: Check in, lost reservation for 1 of 3 rooms. Gave us queen beds vs king. I had to complain to get them to give my daughter a king bed that was in a studio. If they had done that right away vs making me complain, all would have been fine. $10 difference is all. She just told my daughter it was more. I told her that would be fine and I knew booking would cover my additional cost. Always frustrated me so then I was on the phone with booking for 30 minutes. My daughter then had to switch rooms. All was fine in the end but a big hassle that could’ve been avoided.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice staff. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom had hair in the tub and and bathroom floor. But the worst thing was the pool water was cloudy. You couldnt see the last two steps to walk into the pool. The hot tub looked gross. The water was clear but it looked like it needed scrubbed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Property and rooms was very clean. We had a room with two double beds and a sofa bed. There was plenty of room. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was AMAZING. There was plenty to choose from. We showed up around 6 that morning and there was only a few people in the dining area. The location was at the end of a cup de sac of hotels but honestly that couldn’t be changed so why bother about it. I was still able to access restaurants and the highway easily. There was no outside noise that could be heard inside and overall was a pleasant stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Pool was locked when I got there. Location was horrible. Hardly any restaurants, Bars entertainment.
