Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it ideal for events and city visits. Many also appreciate the modern, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and towels. Service is another area of concern, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff and slow check-in processes. Breakfast receives mixed reviews, with some finding it overpriced or lacking in variety and quality. Overall, while the location and room size are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness, service, and breakfast are needed.
