Cons: Our toilet was not clean and we had to clean it before using. We were on our honeymoon and couldn't be intimate because there was a family next door with kids that were loud and we could hear all thier conversation so we knew they'd be able to hear us the walls were that thin. Great honeymoon! At checkout I noticed they had double charged my account and asked to have it fixed. Was told it was and saw the credit to my account. The next day I had two more charges to my account and when I called the hotel no manager was on duty and the lady on the phone was rude. At this point I've been charged 3 times for the same stay since I've gotten no resolution.

Pros: Not only was it a beautiful hotel, but it the rooms were a lot nicer than we were expecting. Our room had a mini-fridge, microwave, a table for two, a desk, and chair. We loved the jetted bathtub and the bed was super soft.
Cons: There was a stench in the hallway that made it less appealing. The stench in the elevator was even worse and it seemed that the elevator floor hadn't been cleaned really well. Also, while loved the jetted bathtub, it apparently was leaking. My husband had gotten a call that it was leaking while I was soaking in the tub. We didn't know where it was leaking from.

Cons: The lodge was outdated. The carpets in the common areas were largely stained. The door to our room was not installed properly or the building has settled; I could see people passing while in my room which means, they could see me as well. Although our room was tidy and appeared clean, with all the extra paint and wall paper on the walls; it gave the illusion of being unkempt.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful . The hot breakfast was great, the scramble eggs superb..just like Mom had fixed them. The location was was central to everything we wanted to do in Branson on the 76 strip and Silver Dollar City , too! And it was right across the street from the Tanger Discont shopping Mall where we went shopping. It was just a great weekend at Branson and the folks at the Grand View inn have sure got it together for a wonderful place to stay. We plan to stay there again. H.T. Naugher
Cons: This is a small thing..if they could leave a couple more coffee envelopes for the coffee maker (one cup maker) it would be a little more handy. But it wasn't a problem, I just went down stairs and got a cup of coffee for my wife took it back to our room and whe she got ready we went down for their great hot breakfast. H.T. Naugher

Cons: Our room had a golf theme with the artist signature of 1994. Even had a non working golf clock. It had a blue jacuzzi with gold fixtures. Obviously, this decor hasn't been changed in the last 20 yrs. while taking a shower, the floor was so soft, I was afraid the floor would give way. It had an overall old, musty and uncared for vibe. The blankets felt like horse hair. We were going to stay 2 nights, but ended up leaving after 1 night. I couldn't wait to come home and shower the grungy feeling off!

Pros: My wife and I booked this hotel on Kayak. Upon arrival the staff informed us that our reservation had been upgraded. We were given a themed room with a hot tub. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was quick to respond to request for extra linens. Breakfast was very thing all the other reviews said it was. My wife and I would stay there again even without the upgrade and we would recommend it to our family and friends.

Pros: The rooms were excellent with very comfortable beds. The indoor pool with a hot tub was large and very nice. There was an excellent expanded continental breakfast. Although there is no restaurant on site, the hotel is centrally located with an abundance of fast food and full service restaurants within 5 -10 minutes of the hotel. The entrance to the hotel is a little difficult to see especially at night, but once you know to watch for the smaller signs, it is easy to access. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers and will stay there again on my next trip to Branson.

Pros: My wife and I stayed right after the first of the year for three nights and booked the room for $171. The catch was it had to be a double and not a king. The hotel was very clean and the room was very nice. Breakfast was included and it seamed to measure up to what I have found at most Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn's that I have stayed at. The location was not on "The Strip" but only a couple miles from it. However, it was not in the country. There was shopping and restaurants close just not quite the variety a few miles over the hill. There was a heated indoor pool that we did not use and Jacuzzi which we did. It was clean and comfortable. There was a small fridge in the room and the tv offered a lot of cable channels. We would stay here again for the amount of money we paid.
Cons: I almost hate to say I didn't like anything, but there were a few things that could have been better. The fan on the heater could not be set to stay on all the time. So when the heat went off it got quiet and when it came back on it was noticeable to a light sleeper. If I could have set the fan to be on constant I don't think there would have been any issues with sleeping. The bed was not as comfortable as some of the big box hotels I have stayed at, but it was not uncomfortable either. My biggest complaint would be the bathroom. While it was clean, the vanity was only about 3 feet wide. If you are like us, you have a bag, at least one, with all your bathroom items. There is no room for this bag on the vanity unless it is extremely small. The other thing was the shower head was low. I am average height, about 5' 11" or so and I had to bend down, way down, to wash my hair. In conclusion. If you are looking for luxury you should probably go somewhere else. If you are looking for a clean hotel in a safe area at a reasonable price and can deal with a few small incidentals this hotel is for you.

Pros: My wife and I stayed 2 nights at the Barrington around the 4th of July weekend. The hotel had a very good price for Branson around the holiday weekend, a good $30.00 less than others close to the strip. While it isn't on the strip, it is close enough to get there quickly, and the desk offered information and tickets to some of the local attractions and shows. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, there was a pool, guest gym, and laundry. The continental breakfast was more like a full breakfast buffet and was included with the room. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Brandon. We really enjoyed our stay there and will stay there again in the future.

Cons: We have stayed at Radisson several times over past 15 years and have always have had a good expierence. This time was still okay, but we could smell smoke. We are both alergic to smoke and are more sensitive than most. Not a high level but enough we both were plugged up by morning. Seemed stronger near bathroom area. Possibly someone smoking in room nearby or coming through shared exhaust vents. We didnt complain because it was only 2 nights and the first time weve had any problem with the Radisson. We will try them again--great location for us.

Cons: trying to get into the hotel we were told to come back in an hr after driving 10 hrs to get there and then when we came back in an hr we were told to come back in another hour. the first lady was extremity rude when she spoke with us. the second lady was nice the first lady also was rude to my father when he asked her a question. I will NEVER stay there again when i pay for something i expect to have polite service it really isn't that hard to check someone in and out no need to be crabby you are in customer service, and if you don't like to serve the public leave. also the elevators were super slow and we just walked up the 5 flights of stairs to our room. breakfast was on the top floor so again slow elevator and walk back down.

Cons: There were ants in our room. We used the pull out couch. The mattress pad was dirty and there was no other bedding in the room for the spare. we called the front desk at 9:30PM. The staff brought just one sheet and no pillow case.

Cons: There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms. There was always a long wait to get into an elevator cramped with people. Parking was down a huge hill with tons of stairs. The hot water never stayed on. The warmth would only last a few seconds at a time. Then it would be minutes before it was warm again.

Pros: check in was easy, awesome view on 9th floor, bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The shower had very good pressure and breakfast was great. We got a call shortly after arriving to see if everything was satisfactory.
Cons: there were no towels in the room so my husband went to the front desk to ask for some and they said they would bring some up and they never did. We had to dry off with hand towels and eventually went to the pool and got some from there. It was the 4th of July and it was packed which was expected, but one of the two elevators was broke so it took forever to get to and from our room. checking out took an hour because we ended up using the stairs due to the one elevator being so overly packed and stopping at each floor.

Pros: Liked the cleanliness and decor Beds were comfortable, breakfast had a nice little selection. Only negative is that they sectioned off an area on the 9th floor where you get complimentary breakfast, it was the very best view Therefore we had to sit where you couldn't see a good view What a waste. Those were the best tables in the house but sectioned off with yellow tape

Pros: Looks nice from the outside.
Cons: When we arrived we were pressured by staff to come listen to info on a time share. When we got to the room our key wouldn't work so my husband had to go back twice before security showed up to open the door with no apologies. Then our room smelled so bad we requested another room. This is coming from a family that doesn't send food back at a restaurant. Never have I felt the need to write a review, we were very disappointed.

Cons: Couldn’t get a spoon or fork during the night hours and the staff didn’t inform us of all the activities they had available. We were not impressed with their offering we visibly noticed and were completely unaware of the extras and it was the least impressive Westgate property we’ve yet to stay at. Even the heating unit in the room was super loud and rattling

Although we didn't get the room we reserved with 2 queen bends we got a king size bed that we didn't want insted. on top of that the power went out around 5am which made eveything impossible from showering to getting around the room very disappointed! Cons: Cleanliness. We signed up for a 90 minute presentation because we could get Silver Dollar City tickets at a reduced rate. The sales presentation/time share took 2.5 hours and basically wasted our time and all of the morning. Would not go back.

Cons: The check in was flawed, the rooms were filthy. They didn't look anything like the pictures on the Web. They didn't have what we booked. They couldn't offer any other rooms as they were full. No free WiFi. Sales push for time share and their restaurant. Pretty awful really.

Pros: I liked nothing.
Cons: I booked with a legit on-line company about a month in advance and had a confirmation number. MORNING OF, the hotel (Serenity Inn) ALSO called to confirm we would be showing up that day. I said yes. We showed up in the evening, with just turned 3 year old boy that I promised to swim with, and they told my husband there was no room for us. Then they did NOTHING to help find us a room. It was Memorial Day weekend and Branson was nearly sold out. We were left on our own at 7:30 pm to find our own place. I found 3 (three) available rooms left in town. Not an ideal situation to a fun family weekend. I cannot say enough negative about this place. Not as they advertise themselves. They will never have our business again.

Pros: Loved the location. Centrally located and easy to navigate to many of the attractions we visited. Everything seemed to be clean and well maintained.

Pros: The lifeguards in the water park were amazing! They are well-trained and constantly moving and checking all areas. They are vigilant about watching smaller children going down the large slides. The location is good too. Easy access to the strip. Housekeeping restocked our towels daily.
Cons: It is an older hotel in need of an update. The walls had primed spots in several places as if they had been repaired and waiting on fresh paint. The A/C unit had a musty smell when operating. Fortunately, the weather was cool enough that we didn't need it on very much. My family has allergies and had symptoms when the A/C was on. There are no towels in the pool area. Also, if you are staying in the Atrium, you have to walk across an asphalt parking lot to access the water park.

Cons: was not asked if I preferred a tower room or not, the room we were booked into we had to park on one side and carry all of our stuff to the opposite side, the room was tiny with NO WIFI (it's 2015 who doesn't have wifi). The quality of the room I would have expected it to be at most $39.95!! The pool staff at night was WAY underpar in now way shape or form would I have felt confident having them around in an emergency.

Cons: No WIFI! What hotel in 2015 does not have WIFI? None = free, per use, per room charge... none, no equipment. If you stood in parking lot could steal it from place next door. Shower had lowest head I've ever seen. 6'3" male had to shower on knees to get water on head. 12 yr old (under 5') had to stoop. A/C unit count regulations room it was either hot or freezing no in between. Water "park" was the reason for booking, over half the stuff was closed while we were there. Why have two water slides if one is always going to be closed. it appeared the only reason that things were closed because of a lack of staffing. the toddler splashing area was closed our entire stay.

Cons: The indoor pool and water park were shut down for the weekend. Staff member told me the 'lady who makes breakfast up and quit on us so there's no breakfast today, sorry.' Beds weren't very comfortable. It seemed like they were short staffed and everyone seemed very frazzled.
