The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast and breakfast room was nice. The room was clean. I had a room at the front of the hotel which was very noisy. The room was also too hot and the bed too soft.

This is the first choice when I go to Bonn. Friendly staff. Impressive breakfast. And walking distance to the UN. The hotel suits me perfectly. Might be a bit distant from the centre for those going to Bonn for tourism. Also i had poblems getting a spot to park my car in the hotel parking lot as it was full

Bikes free of charge, nice breakfast, free wi-fi which worked ok, big room. There was quite a variety in friendliness of the staff. Most were extremely nice and helpful, but not all. For a hotel which claims 24 h room service, serving the guests with even tiny requests was too difficult for one staff member.

I have chosen this hotel due to the location (walking distance from Lange Eugene). The hotel offers a good breakfast, free wi-fi, sauna and what I didn't know before, also a few bikes for free. TV was extremely small, also a room, but everything what I have needed was there. My room was connected with a room next to mine with a balcony.

Excellent location; on tram route and close to downtown. Great variety for breakfast, even though we can't eat wheat or dairy. Soy milk was available sometimes, and there was lots of meat slices, fruit, juice, oatmeal, and eggs. Fans in the rooms would be nice as there is no air conditioning, but that is expected in Europe. Since it was hot we had to keep the windows open at night, which was loud even with earplugs.
