Cons: not enough sockets in the room; fitness facility was tiny, with hardwood floors

Cons: Rooms were terribly outdated and dirty with stained carpets that goes half way up the wall... nothing like the lobby. Staff is rude. Would never stay here again.

Cons: Wifi sucks. Kept going off line. Shower is very small.

Cons: You could feel the springs through the bed, air conditioning was noisy and the whole room was dusty. There is a dangerous step going up into the bathroom. Once you leave the lobby the rooms and hallways are quite dingy. Certainly not a 4 star hotel. We checked in late and the young man at the desk was rather unfriendly. We were also told our stay did not include breakfast, although this was stipulated on the reservation. He also said nowhere was open to eat at that time: 1am, yet walked two blocks to find 4 places open (near the train station). There was two of us, and would have liked to connect two phones and a laptop, but were refused as there was a max of 2. Overall, a very poor experience.
