To be honest, I’ve stayed at Days Inn’s before and this just wasn’t what I was expecting. We stayed in a “pet friendly” room. I get not all of the things are going to be top notch or in good condition in our room considering it’s meant for those with pets, but this one wasn’t really comfortable or inviting. At first lie down on the bed, it almost flipped both myself and my husband off. It wasn’t even properly attached. Office chair should have been junked a long time ago. The ceilings in the bathroom looked like they had previous water damage. There was a hole about 3 inches round in the carpeting. Our comforter was stained. Almost looked like someone peed on it. I could keep going on. The staff was friendly and checkin was simple. That’s about all I enjoyed about this particular place. Lesson learned, we won’t stay again. Not sure how the “normal” rooms are but our pet friendly one wasn’t it.
Pros:The complimentary breakfast was basic, but nice and hot.
Cons:There was no elevator, and the pictures of the rooms presented on line were better than in person. But otherwise it was a basic night stay.
Cons:The restroom had a weird smell and it was moldy, mostly all the fixtures were rusted.
Cons:the maid walked right in with out knocking at 11:01am........... luckly we were about to walk out the door.
Cons:The hall carpets and room furniture were grungy. Bed and bath were fine. Good breakfast.
Pros:We liked the hot breakfasts every morning of our stay.
Cons:They never cleaned our room daily. I asked the front desk if they would make our beds and give fresh towels and was informed that we would receive them however we did not!
Pros:Hotel is conveniently located for someone traveling through ND on I-90.
Cons:The bathroom was filthy and someone left something in the mini fridge which molded and smelled the whole room up. I had been driving for two full days with two kids and was really looking forward to a soak in the hot tub, but it was closed. I spent extra money on a hotel with a hot tub so I was disappointed to say the least. This was not a cheap room I expected a lot more. I would have said something to the staff at the front desk, but no one asked me how my stay was and I got the impression thet didn't want to hear about my stay. I travel through ND a lot. I'll never stay at tgat motel again.
