Pros (+) We loved the fact that we were able to check in a little earlier then we expected! And our room was clean and ready! Also the house keepers dont star cleaning other rooms till 11am not like other hotels at 9 they are pushing you to hurry out.
Pros (+) Million times cleaner than the Motel 6 in that town. It was so much better than that motel. Front desk lady tried her best to be friendly even though she couldn't do anything about the noise caused by the hotel. Hotel got back to me about my complaint more than 2 weeks later. They apologized and offered me something that still didn't make me feel better. This why I'm taking this time to write this...
Cons (-) When I thought this place was the best place in Big Spring (I stayed at the Mtel 6 the month previous), the hotel decided to do construction at night. My room was next door to the hammering they were doing 9PM+ at night. I had a cumulative final in Midland the next morning and needed to be up early, so I called the front desk.
