Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent service, with staff described as friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is highly rated, being close to public transport, markets, and city attractions. Cleanliness also stands out, with many reviews mentioning modern, tidy rooms. However, a common complaint is the small room size, though many guests found the rooms functional and comfortable despite their compactness. Overall, the positives of service, location, and cleanliness outweigh the negatives.
