Spa area is well equipped and laid out. Pool area is clean and cleverly lit with good views of the town. Breakfast is average with superb scrambled eggs, but mostly cold selection. A 2 minute walk to the waterfall. overpriced hotel room. Dated bathroom. Spa times are limited to 3pm until 8pm and did not have tea or cups for water. Breakfast staff were unattentive. Parking very expensive in the garage 11Euros, but parking on the street is available for the cost of one hours stay in the morning.Hotel closes down towards the end of October until the winter skiing season begins. Several restaurants then were closed and difficult to find a meal out.

I stay with my family for 4 nights, and it was a pleasure. Elegant and cozy hotel, good for relaxing, amazing thermal swimming pool, and good value for money. I actually get the junior suite upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise.

great location,beautifully decorated, good breakfast buffet. No way to get coffee before the breakfast buffet opened at 7:30am. One particular staff person at concierge desk was not helpful and even rude at times.

It was very clean. The staff were polite and helpful. All my requests were granted. I was given a ride in the hotel vehicle to the station, which was incredibly helpful. The poolwas good too. The spa area aws a bit run down in places. The meals in the main restaraunt were very average- frozen veg. and undercooked potatoes and tough meat. Sorry.
