My business partner and I booked this hotel a months prior to our arrival. Both received confirmation numbers. He got their first and when he arrived they said they were overbooked and had no room for him. Most hotels would find another hotel and arrange a room for him there. Not this place. They sent him on his way with no room or plan. He contacted me while I was on a layover so I contacted the hotel to verify my reservation and they said they have no record of me despite my confirmation number. They “checked” my name and confirmation number and couldn’t find it. I had to call three different times until they finally “found it”. It just so happens that this was the weekend of Austin City Limits a huge music concert and the hotel was packed with people. We booked our rooms long in advance. I’m guessing, because we were getting a cheaper rate, they were pushing us out in hopes of securing a much higher rate for concert goers. They forced my partner out and into a hotel that was twice the rate and I was still at this hotel but with one rental car it made things rather difficult and they did. I thing to help or remedy the situation they were 100% responsible for.
Pros:Everything was great! Professional and friendly staff great location in Austin and the room was all updated and very modern will go again
Cons:Nothing to be honest. Well the warm cookies were kinda hard I was hoping it would’ve been a soft cookie but still a nice touch

Cons:The center lobby area is very impersonal. Due to large overall size, need to do something to cozy up the area a bit.

Cons:The construction and pool was closed. Front desk staff did make other accommodations for people who did want to swim.

Cons:I had a sore throat every night from drying paint. I couldn't sleep because of the smell.

Cons:The hotel is completely under construction!!!!!! This needs to be foreclosed on your website. There is construction taking place from 8am to 7pm. The pictures on your website are what it will look like when it's done, but not at all what it looks like now.
Cons:Under renovation. Super loud all night. Otherwise ok, but hard to give a good review when you could not sleep at all.
Pros:Great convenient location, big room, king size bed was comfy, friendly staff, big clean pool and lobby area was very nice looking
Cons:Breakfast wasn't complimentary. I would've liked it if there weren't so many children, we could hear them screaming and playing in the pool from our room on the 3rd floor.
