Cons: It would have been better had at least the hot tub been available for use. I can understand the outdoor pool needing to be shut down during your winter schedule, however the hot tub could still be used, and those of us from colder regions don't recognize your winter temps as cold lol

Cons: The location was terrible. Every night and day we left the hotel, there was drug addicts, homeless ppl or protests going on outside. At night you could not sleep well because music would be blasting from ppls cars, and there would be ppl arguing and yelling in the street. It was definitely not the Hyatt experience I remember or would think of.

Cons: initially given poor room. charge for room from Hyatt showed up on my card

Cons: The view from the tower is no view at all just down town traffic and noise. Also the walls are thin, I could here others toilet flush and door closings.

Cons: Our King Suite Corner View room could have been vacuumed better. It was apparent that housekeeping does not use a crevice tool at the edges of the carpet, for they were very dusty and dirty throughout the unit. Same with the window tracks, but this is pretty minor. Otherwise the room was AMAZING!

Cons: Business center has been monopolized by fedex and no free WiFi!

Cons: There should be a shuttle to and from the airport and a a better parking system

Cons: Had to valet parking. Cost 40 dollars a day. Took us 30 min to get into the hotel and 20 min for them to get our car back to us.

Cons: No parking. I booked this hotel because wanted to make sure we will have parking. Hyatt’s parking was full so they pretty much told us to find parking anywhere we can and it’s not their problem. It was freezing cold outside so it was a big inconvenience for us

Cons: Small room. Didn't have a King that I requested. Got 2 doubles. Typical over - expensive food and beverage that you have to stand in massive lines for.

Cons: Surrounding area was not safe at night. . There were a lot of homeless people in the streets at night who would harass you as you tried to get back to the hotel from dinner. Also price of the hotel was high.

Cons: Flies in the room. Hair in the toilet. Was not clean

Cons: I did not like that the hotel charged me $126.00 to park my vehicle for a 2 night stay. I was not informed of this charge until check out.

Cons: Should be free mini bar and snack $600 a night

Cons: The rooms didn't seem to be kept up as nicely as the price of them would suggest. Furniture was not very well maintained. It looked like pieces had been repainted in a black gloss paint multiple times. The room could have also been a bit cleaner.

Cons: From the moment I got there to check in the person at the front desk was rude. My room wasn’t ready so she told me it would be closer to 3pm. I mentioned that I needed to be ready for a work event by 4 and they basically said that wasn’t their problem. Once I finally checked in, a couple of hours later I got to my room and it didn’t smell very clean, especially the bathroom. As I was coming out of the shower someone barges into my room without even knocking. Of course I was startled. She kept knocking so I had to yell that I needed to get dressed. Once I was dressed she said she came in to check the minibar. She barely apologized then left. The last incident that solidified this as a bad stay was when I went to the “business center” to print out some documents for work. It took me 30 mins to be able to logon to Wi-Fi with my laptop. After calling the front desk several times to say we were having trouble someone comes up to “try” and help but really didn’t offer any solutions. I was finally able to use my own phone as a hotspot to get Wi-Fi. All this time we were on a timer, 15 mins for $6.95. As time was running out I clicked on the timer to extend the time but nothing was happening so I clicked a few more times until I see that the timer now says an hour. I finally print what I need an head over to the front desk to tell them about the timer and to see if they could take off some of that charge due to not being able to get Wi-Fi for 30 mins. The guy eventually takes off some of the charge, which ended up being $169, but he was very rude about it. Overall I was very disappointed with the service and level of professionalism at this hotel. I’m a big fan of W hotels but this was by far the worst W I’ve ever stayed at.

Cons: Unknowlegdeable staff. Arrived at 10 on a Sunday night. A kitchen was closed and their driver dropped us off at 2 restaurants that were closed.

Cons: Seemed like there was a charge for everything..WiFi in room wasn't free..there was a mini fridge but it was packed with liquor so couldn't really put anything in it unless you tool all their stuff out. The upchages on roomservice was crazy. No exhaust vent in the bathroom..so whatever happens in the there ..you and whoever is staying in your room will get wind of it..no door to the bathroom except a sliding door that didn't really give privacy

Cons: Rooms somewhat dated and worn.

Cons: I ate at the bar twice and I thought the food was not great. I had a ceaser salad with shrimp and the sliders. The food was rather bland and I thought a hotel like the W would have better bar food.

Cons: A couple of the pieces of furniture were worn & ripped. The air in our room was pretty dry & the shower needed a deeper scrub. Paid over $4 for a small bottle of Coke.

Cons: I was put in a handicap room and I'm not handicapped

Cons: The In Room wifi was pitiful. Insuficcient capacity when it was able to be connected to. The room lighting was very poor. Very dark in the room with all lights on.

Cons: Wasn't clear on the parking but $32 to pay for valet was a bit pricy and I was forced to do so because there was no where else shown to park...

Cons: The wifi isn't free, The food is way overpriced with 22% service fee, an additional $4 charge for room service, 8% sales tax and 18% gratuity. i ordered a $10 entree which ended up being around $22. The staff isn't that friendly and just seems to be standing around chatting with each other, way too unprofessional. The room was a little dirty and it looks like it never really gets a good deep cleaning or even just a basic surface sanitizing would have been nice. There was food smudges on one of the lamps. Overall, I'm glad I got a discount of Kayak but that price still wasn't worth it.

Cons: The rooms where outdated and dirty had to change rooms because the one I was in had dirty sheets the door panel was falling off and only half the shower spigots worked. The furniture was dingy. The new room was not much better.

Cons: The room was pretty bad. Broken down furniture, chipped paint, and worn out leather were just a few things. Everything was very beat up and needed updated. For the price, I would definitely stay at another midtown hotel next time. This place feels like an upscale Motel 6.

Cons: the rooms are old and showing age. Many of the fixtures and accents in the room were broken including one light with exposed wires and the door security chain. Only one towel was provided for a room with two guests and this wasn't discovered till the second person exited the shower and too late to call for more.

Cons: The service was not very good. We requested a refrigerator and had two broken ones brought up. The food at the restaurant wasn't very good. The service overall was very subpar.

Cons: Walls are so thin that you hear people talking in hall and rooms next to you. It was unbelievable how bad it was. By far my worst hotel experience in my life.

Cons: It's an older property with smaller rooms--that being said, the rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Not a lot of frills, that I could see, but certainly a comfortable place to stay.

Cons: the staff wasn't the greatest, i went out late at night and couldn't get back in, the worker saw me standing outside at 4am and just looked at me. then slowly came over to open the door while rolling her eyes. Also the parking was terrible. You have a choice between valet for $28 a day or a garage for $6 a day that turns into $32 if you keep your car there overnight.

Cons: The carpet in room needs changing. Fourth floor can be loud

Cons: Noisy (street noise + doors in hallway). Restaurant is terrible, don't waste your money. Gym is small but acceptable if all you need is a treadmill or elliptical---bring your device because all tvs broken in some way.

Cons: The room was fairly small and cramped, the doors opened in on the bathroom and made it very difficult for two people to comfortably stand in front of the mirror. We reserved two nights, and the morning after the first night we had people coming to our door and calling the room, asking if we were "staying an extra night." It turns out they had misread the reservation and thought it was only one night. Some of the staff were very nice, but it was a little offputting to feel like we were being asked to leave when we had the room reserved. Overall, the hotel was okay, but I wouldn't be too excited to stay again.

Cons: Water pressure. No noise proofing. Uber could not find address. No hot water one morning.

Cons: AC unit was noisy and couldn't be controlled. Next door to a Jazz club that plays loud music till 1am. Easily heard in the room.

Cons: The only parking available was $35/night, which I get is pretty standard for downtown properties, but we did have to find parking. Some of the furniture in the room was a little dinged up, could probably use some renovating. One of the elevators was having some issues but not a big deal.

Cons: The hotel was looked worn and rather unclean. The rooms were cramped. My TV did not work. After 3 attempts by the staff to make it right (and two comps on my bill) they move us to a different room. The staff did everything on their power to make it right for us, but I think they were handicapped by the facilities and resources available to them. Hilton needs to make an investment in this facility!

Cons: Room was very dusty! Bathroom fixtures were all loose. Bathtub did not drain properly. Room door was coming off the hinges.

Cons: Room very small, paint peeling in all rooms, looked dirty. By vent towel with plastic bag taped to it.

Cons: Although the valet guys were really nice, they did get pen on my leather seats. the room didn't have a fridge.
