EVEN THOUGH IBIS IS KNOWN FOR ITS HOSPITALITY. HERE STAFF WERE NOT UP TO BAR REALLY I HAD TO “reactivate “ my key every time we left the room. Staff responses were passive and request for a one double bed took a full day

Pros (+) Location only is the best.
Cons (-) We booked non smoking but they gave us smoking and they said we don’t have non smoking. Room was small and smelled bad. You can get much better hotel like Ayass for same price but much much bigger rooms and with free breakfast on. So we moved from Ibis to Ayass the next day.
