Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel for its friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location, and good value for the price. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and some negative experiences with management and maintenance. While some rooms were noted as clean and comfortable, others had issues with dirt, stains, and broken amenities. Overall, the positive experiences with staff and affordability stood out, but improvements in cleanliness and room quality are needed.

Cons (-) They were unable to help me what so ever/ give me a refund when a reservation got messed up. A hotel this highly rated should go all out in making the guest comfortable and make their stay as smooth as a possible. NOT DOUBLE CHARGE for a room and REFUSE to give my money back.
